Hi, we are Women In Tech

A group of likeminded individuals looking to help bridge the gender gap in the Jersey technology community

Built on passion and ingenuity

Women in Tech Jersey was founded in 2016 with the mission to close the gender gap in the technical industry and introduce more skilled, professional women to the field, as well as encourage younger students into IT as a career. Women in Tech Jersey will encourage and support all women / girls in technical pursuits to follow their aspirations without fear of failure or discrimination, and to encourage other women to do the same. Our aim is an open community for both men and women where everyone can learn, share and grow.

What drives us

Learn

Work together collaboratively.  Sharing views and overcoming bias. Learning from each other to build a strong dynamic team!

Share

‘Thinkers’ and ‘Doers’ working together… sharing ideas and driving change within the tech community and schools!

Grow

As we learn and share ideas and implement change. We actively encourage inclusion for diversity and to help us grow and ultimately thrive as a movement!
